Kevin’s path wasn’t a straight line. In college, he was an Exercise Science student on a traditional track, but life threw some curveballs his way. Battling through depression and losing his sense of direction, he discovered a powerful truth at his lowest point – that fitness could be a vehicle for healing and personal growth. By using exercise and healthy habits to rebuild his own life, he tapped into a deeper purpose: helping others live with purpose and balance too. With renewed passion, Kevin turned his struggles into the seed of a movement. He founded Balance Lifestyle Fitness as a way to share this holistic approach with the world. What started as personal healing evolved into “an entire movement dedicated to creating a lifestyle that nurtures true health and abundance”. In Kevin’s words, “It’s not just about working out; it’s about creating a complete transformation in every area of your life”.
